We do not recommend washing shoes in a washer/dryer since this could affect the glues used to bind the shoe together. Typically, we recommend gently spot cleaning your sneaker with colorless soap and water and a cloth, and leaving outside to dry.

Yes, the largest size we make in Blowfish Malibu is a Size 11. Please refer to our size guide for any questions regarding fit.
We do not currently offer wide sizing. Please reach out to email@example.com to find out which shoes run wider than others.

We're sincerely sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your shoes. If you have not yet done so, please reach out to the retailer where your shoes were originally purchased. Retailers will be able to help you replace or exchange your shoes if you have proof of purchase and if you return / exchange shoes according to their store policy. If you have already reached out to the retailer where these were originally purchased and they were unable to assist you with a replacement, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of purchase, as well as detailed imagery of the defect you’re experiencing with your shoes. Product replacements will typically only be considered on shoes purchased within the past 30 days, with a valid proof of purchase. All damaged products are reviewed on a case by case basis.
